This half-day tour from Paris to Palace of Versailles is available in three time slots: 8.15 am, 10.30 am, or 12.30 pm.

Public Transport from Paris to Versailles

If you’re on a budget, consider public transport from Paris to the Versailles Royal Residence.

By Train

Take the RER C line from Paris and get off at Versailles Château—Rive Gauche station, the closest station to the Palace. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Palace.

By Bus

You can board Bus line 171, between Pont de Sèvres and Versailles. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the Palace of Versailles.

If you’re taking public transport, a Versailles Full-Access ticket is a great option. It grants you access to all the attractions within the Royal Château of Versailles, valid for one day, at €24.
